Monday through Thursday, June 26-29 from 1:15-3:30

Husky Elite Wrestling Camp For Students Entering Grades 9-12 for the 2023-2024 School Year

Being ELITE is both an attitude and a choice. The Husky ELITE wrestling camp is structured to develop each athlete's technique, intensity, and toughness to improve their wrestling by emphasizing the three phases of being ELITE (#1. Always Attacking, #2. Attacking with an Urgent and Purposeful Pace, and #3. Building Trust).  Time will be spent each in daily technique sessions, situational drilling, sparring, and live wrestling. This camp is only open to wrestlers who are entering grades 9-12 for the 2023-2024 school year.  The camp runs from 1:15-3:30 PM June 26-29.  Registration is on a first come first served basis and will close after the first 40 wrestlers have signed up.

FUN AND FUNDAMENTALS HUSKY WRESTLING CAMP!

Husky Fun and Fundamentals Wrestling Camp  For Students Entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade for the 2023-2024 school year

Time: 12:30-1:15 PM 

Dates: Monday June 26-Wednesday June 28

Location: North High School Doghouse Gymnasium

The goal of the fun and fundamentals wrestling camp is to get wrestlers focused on learning new techniques while having fun in a relaxed environment. This camp is for anyone who is new to wrestling all the way to advanced wrestlers. An additional emphasis of the Husky Fun and Fundamentals wrestling camp is on learning body awareness/tumbling, increasing isometric and plyometric strength, and developing wrestling-specific skills through proper technique, situational wrestling, improving scrambling ability, and teaching fundamental and advanced wrestling moves.  This camp is for students entering grades Kindergarten through fifth grade for the 2023-2024 school year.

Husky Girls Wrestling Camp

4 Day Camp Dates: June 12-June 15

Grades: K-12 

Time: K-5   1:00-1:45 PM            Grades 6-12 1:00-3:00 PM

The Husky Girls Wrestling Camp and Clinic is specifically tailored to girls entering grades Kindergarten through their senior year of High School who want to learn wrestling and the championship life skills involved with success both inside and outside of the sport. No Prior Experience is necessary! We emphasize the EMPOWERMENT and INCLUSION of each athlete and educate them on technical skill development, proper nutrition, hydration, and the implementation of mental skills training. Our curriculum covers everything from basic wrestling fundamentals: Stance, position, takedowns, escapes, and exposures to more advanced techniques and strategies such as set-ups, finishes, and effective drilling. Wrestlers will be able to develop championship skills like goal setting, and the camp emphasizes hard work, mental skill development, training strategies, sports hydration, and sports psychology.   

Husky Middle School Wrestling Camp

Dates: Monday through Wednesday, June 19-21

Grades: Entering 6th through 8th Grade

Time: 2:00-4:00 PM 

Location: Eau Claire North High School

The goal of the middle school wrestling camp is to provide opportunities for athletes to learn more about wrestling in a fun and fast-paced environment! Our mission is to create an ideal training environment by placing wrestlers of the same size and ability together. Athletes will work extensively on takedowns (tie-up, set up, shot, finish) as well as mat wrestling. Muscle Memory will be developed through a progressive system of drilling, sparring, and live wrestling and each practice will finish with a team-style competition.
