DELONG KNIGHTS WRESTLING PROGRAM
The PRIDE of the WEST SIDE is the middle school wrestling program at Delong Middle School! The Knights are coached by Ben Albrecht and Marcus Larsen and the program at Delong is run through the school district and is open to any Delong student in grades 6-8. All participants must register through the school and fill out the correct paperwork. In addition to the school program, athletes can participate in any youth practices as well as the Husky Hammer Wrestling Freestyle/Greco Club
