College Athletic awards, honors, and accolades:
Mike was a 2X letter-winner at Itasca Community College and a 1X letter-winner at UWEC for wrestling. During his time at Itasca, he was a NAIA national qualifier and a member of the 1995 National Championship Team. Mike has been inducted into the Itasca Community College Athletic Hall of Fame and he was also an academic All-American in 1996.

Mike is married and lives in Southern Wisconsin where he and his wife have raised their four children and where they love to spend time with their four grandchildren. Mike has retired from the military after 28 years of service, with 4 deployments (1 x Bosnia, 2 x Iraq, 1 x Afghanistan) and 22 active years. Mike is currently a Crisis Response Manager for Verizon Frontline where he supports First Responders during times of crisis.
Just as Mike gave back to the Eau Claire community during his time as a Husky, Mike volunteers his time with many non-profit organizations that focus on emergency preparedness/ management, youth development, and veteran support. Mike is passionate about giving back to his community and helping others succeed personally and professionally and he has been the president of the Evansville Wrestling Club since 2011.

Eau Claire North Head Varsity Wrestling coach from 2000-2002 Currently teaches physical education at Cadott Middle School. Started the Cadott Archery Program in 2005-06. Head archery and golf coach at Cadott High School. Assistant football coach from 2002- 2011. Assistant wrestling coach from 2004-2012. Scott is married with three kids, is an avid bowhunter and enjoys spending time with his family.

Career/family information: Dave worked as a carpenter in Eau Claire for 40 years and served as the president of the Eau Claire Carpenter’s Union for 20 years. Dave is the first of three generations of Phillips to graduate from Eau Claire North High School as his son Brian (Class of 1991) and grandson Mason (Class of 2018) both competed for the Huskies. In his free time Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids.
